How Do I Connect to My Premium Feed in Spotify?

Connecting Your Premium Feed to Spotify

As a podcast subscriber, you can listen to premium podcast content in Spotify as follows:

Step 1:  Use this link or go to www.supercast.com and click on Log In in the top right corner.

Step 2: Enter your email and password.

Click Forgot Password? if you need a reset link.


Step 3: Click on your Subscription.


Step 4: Select Player Preferences.

Step 5: Select your Device and Spotify


Step 6: Click Link Account

You might also have to log into your Spotify and Supercast accounts again at this step.

Step 7: Click on the Premium Feed to access the premium content in Spotify.

Step 8: Click Follow so that you save this podcast to your podcast library in Spotify.

What if Spotify tells me "Link is no longer valid"?

We are aware that when some listeners try to connect to their feed, Spotify will display the message: "This link is not valid anymore".

If this happens to you, could you please:

  1. Click this link: https://content-access.spotify.com/.
  2. Unlink the other Spotify account.
  3. Follow the steps above to try reconnecting to your private feed in Spotify.

If the issue persists, you can reset the Spotify connection on your account by doing these steps:

  1. On all the devices that you're going to use with Supercast, go to play.spotify.com and log out of Spotify by clicking on your profile image in the upper right (see below)

  2. Once you've logged out of your devices, please disconnect your Spotify account here:

  3. Once disconnected, try again to connect your premium feed to Spotify.

What if the Spotify player icon is unresponsive?

If you're clicking on the Spotify icon and nothing happens, please try connecting through this link.

What if I don't see a Spotify option in my dashboard?

If you're not seeing the Spotify icon in your player selections (image below), this would be because your podcaster hasn't enabled Spotify as a listening option yet.
